Spring Teen Girls' Self-Defense Workshop

This self-defense workshop will take place on April 28 from 3pm to 6pm. It is open to all teen girls. This one-day basic skills workshop will cover awareness for violence prevention, using voice and body language to defuse a dangerous situation, and physical skills to fight back and escape if necessary. Cost is $35 for one person, $50 for two people, and $25 for existing Sun Dragon students. Register today!

Kids' Summer Camp

Our Kids' Summer Camp is open to all children ages 6-12. It will be held June 25-29 from 9am to 1pm. Cost is $200, due by June 1.

Homeschoolers' Self Defense

This private workshop is for homeschoolers. The cost is $15 a person. It will be held at Sun Dragon Martial Arts, 4534 Westgate Blvd., Ste. 101, on October 7. Our self-defense classes aim to teach people ways to get themselves out of confrontational situations without using violence.
